“Colour palettes In this lesson we'll be looking at the colours needed to paint our birds, and we'll be creating some beautiful colour swatches as well. So here in front of me, I have the two orange and blue birds, the robin and the stonechat. They have really similar colourways, which is why I chose them. But we need to see beyond the orange and the blue and look for those hidden colours. So in the stonechat, we can see hues of green along here. We can see black, brown, brown in the eye and browns along here as well, and even tinges of pink and coral. When we look at this robin, we see the ...”
