Navigating Anxiety

At the beginning of the coronavirus lockdowns a heightened sense of fear and anxiety about the future settled amongst many of us. Psychologist Dina Semsch had to change her practice from receiving patients in her office to a complete online experience.
That gave her the idea of bringing daily doses of advice to her patients and followers via social media. The purpose was to give her following easy tools to navigate during anxiety inducing times, and involved a series of illustrations which would give shape to these more abstract concepts.
